Kozuv with a comeback win over SCM U Craiova

KK Kozuv won its second straight game in group B of EUROHOLD Balkan League. The team from Gevgelija visited SCM U Craiova and came out victorious 87-84 after thrilling last three minutes. The hosts were up by 8 points but in the end couldn′t hold on.

The game was even in the first half with both teams exchanging baskets and leads. The second half started with a 6-0 run but quickly Kozuv came back. However Craiova continue to have the lead and it became 5 points after 30 minutes. With three minutes to play the hosts had a good lead but didn′t manage to keep it. Kozuv made a 10-0 run to go ahead but Nikola Otovic tied the score. The Filip Sepa made one free throw for the visitors and after him Otovic missed. It was the crucial miss as then Pekovic sealed the victory.

Filip Sepa was the top scorer for the winners with 15 points while Milan Janjusevic had 14 and 5 assists.

For the hosts Travis Bureau finished with 21 points as 16 scored Zoran Krstanovic.
