Beroe is through to the final of its home tournament

Beroe will play in the final of its home tournament in Stara Zagora. The team defeated Macedonian Karpos Sokoli 83-73 and will face Lukoil Academic for the trophy.   Beroe finished very good the third quarter to take an 8-point advantage and at the start of the fourth made it 13. Then the visitors responded with 10-0 run to come back in the game and give themselves a chance but in an important moment Tihomir Zhelev scored a triple and after that the hosts cruised on for the victory.   Evrik Gary was the top scorer for the winners with 21 points. Auston Barnes added 18 points while Stanislav Vaklinov had 10.
