KB Bashkimi added two new players to its roster. The team from Prizren signed the Americans Rob Lewis, Jordan Dickerson, Kejuan Johnson and Kayel Locke and also the Montenegrins Marko Popovic and Mikaile Tmusic who will try to help it achieve good results this season.

 

Lewis comes from Queens College in NCAA Division 2 where he spent his last season. In 2015/2016 he played a total of 34 games and averaged 17.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.1 assists. He plays as a point guard and will run the offense of Bashkimi.

 

Dickerson is 216 cm tall and plays as a center. He just graduated from Pennsylvania Stage in NCAA where he played for the last three years. In the previous season he averaged 2.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in 32 matches.

 

Johnson arrives from Japan where he spent the last season. He started it in Shiga Lakerstars and averaged 14.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in 12 games. then Johnson moved to Mikawa Phoenix and had 14.3 points an 6.3 rebounds in 39 matches. In 2014/2015 he played for Sendai again in Japan ahd was the top scorer of  the league with 23.5 points. It′s a return for Johnson to Bashkimi as he played for the team in season back in 2013.

 

Locke joins Bashkimi from NCAA. He played four seasons in Greenboro and in the last one averaged 12.6 points and 5.5 rebounds. It will be his first season in Europe.

 

Popovic is an experienced shooting guard who has spent most of his career playing for Montenegrin giants Buducnost becoming also captain of the team. However last season he was a part of Ulcinj and averaged 8.3 points and 4.2 rebounds in Montenegro league.

 

Tmusic joins Bashkimi from Lovcen Cetinje where he spent the last three season. In 2015/2016 he was also playing in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League with his team and averaged 10.2 points and 2.7 rebounds in ten matches. In 16 games of Montenegrin league he had 8.2 points and 3.2 rebounds.
