KB Sigal Prishtina recorded its first win of the season. After two straight defeats in group A the champions hosted the previously unbeaten KK Kumanovo 2009 and won 79-67.  This result stopped the visitors′s run of five straight win but still keeps them at the top. The game was interesting from start to finish as three good minutes in the fourth period were the key for Sigal′s victory. Next the Prishtina team will host Teodo while Kumanovo will play at home against Bashkimi.

Kumanovo had the better start and quickly took an 8-2 lead. Finally though Sigal started clicking and soon cut the deficit and even led by 4 after ten minutes. The hosts were up during the whole second quarter but Kumanovo always was close. The biggest advantage was 8 points but the visitors cut it to 5 at the break.

In the third quarter things didn′t change as Sigal was leading but Kumanovo was very very close. So after 30 minutes the hosts were up by only 3 and we were in for a great final quarter. In the middle of it the hosts managed to take a 6-point advantage. Shortly after that the lead reached 10 after a 7-0 run with 2.19 to play. Although Kumanovo hit a triple in the next offense the visitors never had any chance for a comeback and the home team held on and even increased the difference.
