Rilski Sportist returns against a big BIBL rival

BC Rilski Sportist is set to return to SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League. Tonight at 18.00 hrs the Samokov team will host BC Levski 2014 as the game will be LIVE on YouTube and SportMedia.tv.

Rilski is coming back after two years of absence. The Samokov team is one of the most successful in the competition history and the matches against Levski have always been interesting and important. Rilski will count on the experience of Bozov, Georgiev and Marinov while the energy of Marincheshki, Jeter and the rest should prove vital as well.

Levski comes to this match after downing Kumanovo last week which was very important. The Blues feature a young squad with 2-3 experienced players and those matches are important for their development. Milov and Alipiev are the ones who still need to grow up and playing more while Karamfilov and Simeonov already have enough games under their belt. However Vesko Veselinov was the key to the success last week and him, Jimmie Hunt and Maravic will have to step up tonight. A big absence for Levski is Kris Minkov who is still injured.
