25-01-2010 | 10:25 |
Here is the weekly domestic leagues overview.

Bulgaria:

Chernomorec - Rilski Sportist 105:94

Second straight loss for Rilski Sportist, as they sure will be looking to get back on track on Wednesday against Metalac away from home. Aleksandar Gruev and Lamont Jones had 25 and 20 points, but it seems that wasn`t enough for Rileco to get to the win.

Spartak Pleven - Euroins Cherno More 93:75

Spartak are finally getting in shape, as they have won two of the last three games in the NBL. Hrisimir Dimitrov scored 25 points, while Iliya Stankov and Veselin Georgiev had 21 and 17. Krum Doychinov had 24 for Varna.

Yambol - Levski 114:112

Yambol made the surprise this weekend, as they beat Levski after double overtime. That was loss number three for Levski in the NBL. Yulian Radionov led Yambol with 27 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds, while Bobby Frasor scored 21 for Levski.

Montenegro:

BC Teodo - Lovcen 69:84

Dejan Kandic led Lovcen with his 20 points, while Aleksa Popovic added 28. That was the team`s victory number 8, as they remained on the first spot in the 1A League in Montenegro.

Jedinstvo - Mornar Bar 84:72

Mornar suffered their fifth defeat, and are now 6-5 after 11 rounds, after they lost away from home to Jedinstvo Bjelo Pole.

Romania:

Steaua - Rovinari 81:84

Another close game and another defeat for CSA Steaua Turabo, this way at home against Rovinari. Ronald Timus had 16, and Monty Mack added 15, while Alan Wiggins finished with 11 but that wasn`t enough for a win.

Serbia:

OKK Beograd - Novi Sad 78:80

OKK Beograd lost at home in a close contest against Novi Sad by only 2 points. Dragan Mitrovic led the team with 19 points, while Dragan Kruscic added 16. Milos Suzic scored 13 and Sasa Mijajlovic finished with 12 for OKK.

Mega Vizura - Metalac Valjevo 94:76

Tough loss for Metalac, as they were looking in shape after beating Euroins Cherno More, but now crashed against Mega Vizura, losing by 18. Marko Ljuboevic scored 32 points, but obviously they weren`t enough, as he was the only player to finish in double digits.
