Domestic leagues: Balkan and Levski are tied for second position

Balkan lost to the champions Lukoil Academic 83-87 away in the 25th round of Bulgarian league. The home team took an 11-point advantage in to the break but then Balkan managed to cut the deficit down to just a point. However the home team finished better and won the match.    Noah Dahlman had 24 points while 15 added Pavel Marinov.     Levski defeated Spartak Pleven 98-74 at home to move in to a tie with Balkan for the second place. The Blues from Sofia had a 31-5 third quarter which was enough to secure the victory.   Hristo Zahariev had 18 points and 15 rebounds for the win while Jumaine Jones added 16 points.     Balkan and Levski are tied for second position with 16 wins and 6 defeats with two games left to be played.
