Domestic leagues: Galil Gilboa lost to Maccabi in the first 1/4 final

BC Galil Gilboa lost away to Maccabi Tel Aviv in the first game of the quarterfinal series in Israeli playoffs. The hosts took a 1-0 lead in the series after winning 99-93.   The game was decided in the final minutes. The last quarter started with 4-point advantage for Galil but in the decisive moments the hosts managed to overcome the deficit and won the match.   Gerald Robinson was the top scorer for Galil with 27 points. Amit Simchon had 18 points while 17 apiece scored Kenny Boynton and Rick Jackson.
