Beroe lost to Balkan

BC Beroe suffered its first defeat in the pre-season. The team from Stara Zagora visited Balkan Botevgrad and lost 54-63.   Beroe was down by 8 points at the break as both teams didn′t score a lot and had a total of 42 points. At the end of the third quarter the visitors had cut their deficit to just 2 points after being 13 down but in the last ten minutes the players of Balkan did better and won.   Auston Barnes had 13 points for Beroe while Tihomir Zhelev added 11.
