KB Bashkimi and KB Peja are set to give the start to the new season in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League. The teams will meet in Prizren at 19.00 hrs local time and try to get the first win of the new campaign.   Bashkimi is making its debut in international competition and surely there is an excitement in the team and its fans. They have signed a few foreign players that will bring experience to the roster and are going to try and lead their teammates to good performances. Some of them are already familiar to BIBL - Tay Waller and Gerti Shima have played with Sigal Prishtina and Peja. Tre Bussey and Sani Ibrahim Abu are also interesting players to watch and their aim will be to bring joy and of course wins to the local fans. There are also some local players that are going to get the chance to prove themselves on a bigger stage.   Peja on the other side is once again starting the season with new hopes. The team reached the semifinals a few month ago and the goal will be to at least repeat that. The most important thing for the team is that the locals Alban Veseli and Drilon Hajrizi have been kept to the team and some good foreigners like Nenad Delic, Ronald Davis and Kevin Burwell were brought to the team. Peja also has a new coach in Branimir Pavic and a new Sports Director in the former coach - Danijel Lutz as the management of the club has a new idea for its development and they want to show it with the performance in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League.   Both teams met a week ago in Kosovo league game and Peja won by 7 points away. This match however will be a lot different as the stakes are not the same and the excitement for the home team will be bigger. For sure they will fight to get the victory even more and Peja will also be in the same mood and try to have a positive start.   What will happen we′ll know thanks to DigitAlb/Supersport and Sportmedia.tv. The game starts at 19.00 CET in Prizren.
