Domestic leagues: Sigal Prishtina defeated Bashkimi in the first semifinal

KB Sigal Prishtina took the lead in the semifinal series against KB Bashkimi. In the first game in Prishtina the hosts won 67-59.

The visitors started very good and led by 10 after one quarter. They continued with their good performance in the second and at the break had 13-point advantage. However in the second half Sigal responded and in only ten minutes cut the deficit to just a point. In the final quarter they played very good defense and at the end managed to come away with a win.

Dardan Berisha was the top scorer for the winners with 22 points. Jason Washburn had 14 and 10 rebounds while Mohamed Abukar added 13 and 11.

Endrit Hysenagolli had 17 points for Bashkimi while Theron Bussey added 16 and 7 rebounds.

In the other semifinal Peja leads Trepca 1-0 wins.
