Macedonian derby waits us in Kumanovo

KK Kumanovo 2009 will host KK Kozuv tonight for the Macedonian derby in group A of SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League. The match will start at 19.00 hrs local time and will be LIVE on Sportmedia.tv.

Both teams enter the game in a different positions. Kumanovo has two wins from two games and will look to make it three in a row and consolidate its strong position in the group. Kozuv from the other side started well but then lost two straight games, one of which at home.

Kumanovo will of course rely on the strong support of its fans which brings a lot of energy to the players. Aleksandar Kostoski is a constrant threat for each team while Danilo Mijatovic started the season very well and affirmed himself as an important piece of the team. Kumanovo has also other good players who bring different options for the coaches and this is something they will want to use tonight. 

Kozuv from the other side will have to put up an extra effort in a difficult place like Kumanovo. The Gevgelija team remained without Robert Abramovic who was one of the main scorers in the first matches. Now the weight of the offense will be mostly on Kenyon McNeail and he will need help from the others like Mijovic and Sterjov so his team will have any chance tonight,

Still it′s a Macedonian derby and everything can be expected. There′s no doubt both teams will try their best for the win which can give us interesting moments to watch.
