Newcomer to SIGAL UNIQA Balkan League

In the end of the working week, the Montenegrin Basketball Federation officially confirmed KK Ibar Rozaje as the 1st representative of their country in season 2017-2018 of BIBL.
The club expressed desires to join the competition earlier during the summer and as preparation times have begun, their participation is now fact.
KK Ibar Rozaje was founded in 1981 during the period of the former Yugoslavian basketball. 
The team entered to the First Montenegro Erste (at present) League back in 2012 after becoming champions of the B League and since then has been competing on the highest national level.
During the previous season 2016-2017, KK Ibar finished 3rd after the Regular season.
The games are played in a fully-renovated sports complex in the city of Rozaje situated on the border with Kosovo.
The BIBL management established immediate contact with the President of the club and in the following few days all the additional details will be settled as well.
SIGAL UNIQA Balkan League is always happy to have the possibility to help more and more clubs to develop and wishes KK Ibar good luck with their first appearance on the international stage with the significant 10th season of the competition.
