The Final 4 in EUROHOLD Balkan League was held a month ago but we still can′t forget the emotions of the double overtime win of Galil Gilboa against Levski in the last game. KK Kozuv will play its first final ever in the local league. The team defeated Rabotnicki 78-72 at home and won the semifinal series 3-1. The club from Gevgelija will meet the champions MZT Skopje in the final.
The hosts had a good start and pulled away. In the third quarter they led by 24 points and at the end of it by 20. However the last quarter started with 13-0 run for the visitors but the gap was just too much and Kozuv sealed the win in the final minutes.
Igor Mijalovic was the top scorer for the winners with 19 points as 13 added Darko Radulovic.

The EUROHOLD Balkan League champion Galil Gilboa is out from the playoffs in the local league. The team lost third straight game from Maccabi Haifa and was eliminated. Galil lost 87-93 away and lost the series 0-3.
The game was even from start to finish with Maccabi leading most of the way. However both teams played a hard fought match that the hosts won at the end.
Top scorer for Galil was Mitchel Watt with 17 points as he added also 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Jamar Smith had 16 points while Dagan Yavzuri had 13 points.

Kozuv lost away to Rabotnicki 87-95 but is still 2-1 up in the semifinals series and is one win awat from qualifying to the Final. The team from Gevgelija will host the next game and will be looking to finish off its opponent.
Rabotnicki had a great start to the match and won the first quarter 31-12. Then the team managed to hold on to its big advantage for a long time but with a 12-0 run Kozuv closed the gap to just a single point with 7 minutes to play. However the home team didn′t let the comeback to be completed and got the better in the final minutes.
Dimitar Karadjovski had 16 points for Kozuv while Vladimir Filipovic scored 15.

Levski is now leading 2-1 against Balkan in the semifinals series of the championship. In Game 3 The Greens from Botevgrad won at home 86-78 and kept their chances of reaching the final alive. Game 4 is on Wednesday in Botevgrad.Balkan had a great start to the match and scored the first 12 points. Late in the first half the team went up by 22 but Levski started good the third quarter and came back in to the match. In the last quarter the visitors cut their deficit to 5 points but then Balkan scored a triple and a two-pointer and managed to hold on to their lead until the end.Marko Marinovic finished with 18 points for Levski and Chavdar Kostov added 15.Rilski Sportist also didn′t win its game and lost 61-86 at home against Lukoil Academic. With this result the team from Samokov is now down 1-2 in the semifinal series and is one defeat away from elimination.In the second quarter Lukoil made 11-0 run that put the team ahead by 16 points. From that point on there was no chance for Rilski as the hosts closed the gap to 10 points but the visitors answered right back with 7 straight and cruised to the victory.Terry Smith had 17 points for Rilski as Hristo Zahariev added 13.
