Domestic leagues: Galil Gilboa eliminated by Maccabi Tel Aviv

Galil Gilboa was eliminated in the quarterfinals of Israeli league. In game 4 against the top local team and Euroleague Final Four participant - Maccabi Tel Aviv, Galil lost 65-94 at home.   The first half was an even one with Maccabi leading by just 7 points. However in the second half the regular season winners played much better, and especially after a very good last ten minutes, managed to build a big advantage.   Nevertheless it was a good performance in the series for Galil Gilboa against such a high-reputable team.    Rick Jackson was the top performer for Galil with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Kenny Boynton added 16 points as Tony Younger scored 11.
