The drama follows KB Peja since the start of the season in EUROHOLD Balkan League. After the overtime win in the first round and the 2-points defeat in the second, in the third the team hosted KK Teodo and won 77-69 at home after overtime. Peja was down by 13 points but played with big heart in the end and completed the comeback. Teodo led for most of the time but in the decisive moments the team couldn′t keep the advantage. After three rounds Peja has 2 wins and 1 loss while Teodo has two defeats. After two weeks Peja will visit Rilski Sportist while the team from Tivat will hosts KK Kumanovo 2009.

The game started much better for the visitors who were playing good defense. This helped them take 9-3 lead first and later 16-5. Peja however finished well the first quarter and with 10-0 run split between the first and second quarters they cut the deficit. However Teodo didn′t allow the hosts to tie and continued to have the lead. The visitors made another good run to take a 10-point advantage and at the break they were up by 8.

The second half started with incredible 3-pointer by Ljujic from the center of the field which fortunately for Peja was answered immediately. Shortly after the middle of the third quarter Marko Mijovic scored a triple to put Teodo up by 13. A bit later a 7-0 run by Peja got them back in the game at minus 6 but Mijovic responded with another important three-pointer. After 30 minutes the visitors kept their good lead and were up by 7 points as Peja had already lost Shima and Marojevic due to both players fouling out.

Peja started the fourth quarter with quick 5 points and cut its deficit to just 2. This also got the crowd in to the game but Peja missed a few chances to take the advantage. The hosts made some fouls which helped Teodo retain the lead as Mijovic scored the free throws and later after Ivanovic made a lay up the difference returned to 7 points. Samir Shaptahovic scored twice for Peja to once again cut the deficit and with 50 seconds to go the score was tied by Drilon Hajrizi. Then Mijovic was whistled for offensive foul which gave the hosts a chance which they missed. Teodo had the last offense in the match but the visitors couldn′t score three times and the game went to overtime.

The extra five minutes started great for the hosts as Shaptahovic scored 5 points in just 50 seconds. From that moment on Peja cruised for the victory as two straight lay ups by Jan Mocnik sealed the outcome with 47 seconds to play.

Drilon Hajrizi finished with 15 points and 7 rebounds for the winners while Hrvoje Puljko added 14 points. For the visitors the top player was Marko Mijovic with 24 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds as Aleksandar Radulovic added 13 points and 8 rebounds.
