Beroe defeated by the Macedonian champions

BC Beroe continues with the preparation games for the upcoming season. The Greens visited Macedonian champions MZT Skopje and lost 71-78 a hard fought game. 

Both teams played good defense in the first quarter scoring just 24 points between them. Beroe had a better start to the second and thanks to an 11-0 run managed to go up but MZT bounced back to take a 4-point advantage at the break. The home side did very good early in the second half to increased the advantage to 14 points and never relinquished it after that.

Alex Davis and Aleksander Yanev had 14 points for Beroe while Tihomir Zhelev added 10.
