Levski trying to stop Blokotehna, Ibar going for a first win

SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League continues with two more games in the afternoon. At 17.00 hrs local time KK Ibar will host BC Rilski Sportist while 30 minutes later, at 18.30 hrs local time in Bulgaria, BC Levski 2014 will welcome KK Blokotehna-NB. Both matches will be streamed LIVE on the internet.

Ibar will be looking for its first win in the competition. The Montenegrin side came close to it a week ago in Kumanovo and now coach Ostojic will be hoping to get the job done. The team can rely on a new player like Marko Perovic who will join the likes of Felec, Simic and Kalic in order to try and get the first victory. Rilski on the other side will hope to remain perfect after beating Levski last week. Coach Hadjisotirov can count on most of its roster with the exception of Denislav Vutev who is injured. The experience of the rest though like Marinov, Bozov, Georgiev and Wright is big enough and the Samokov squad can count on them for this later today.

In Sofia Levski will try to stop Blokotehna. The Blues defeated Kumanovo to start the league but then were soundly beaten by Rilski. Still coach Papazov is very ambitious and will count on a better performance by his players. Karamfilov is in a good shape and fighting for each cm on the court but generally Levski needs to play at a 100%. Simeonov, Veselinov and Maravic will have a tough task under the basket while Milov and Alipiev will be relied upon for a good wing performance. From the other side Blokotehna′s main weapons are in the frontcourt - Danilo Mijatovic and Dwayne Benjamin. Add to them the 226 cm giant Marko Dujkovikj and we can see that the Gevgelija team is a dangerous one. Goran Glavchev and Michael Mallory also had a good start to the campaign and they′ll be hoping to lead their team to another victory.
