A historic day for TFT – the team won the cup of North Macedonia

KK TFT managed to achieve a historic result as it won the first ever trophy since its foundation. The team defeated the champions MZT Skopje 80-66 to take away the Cup of North Macedonia.

It was in the third quarter that TFT started to play much better. From being down by 4 points, the team finished it on a 16-5 run to take a 7-point lead. In the final ten minutes the players kept their calm and thanks to Horton and Kostoski held on for the victory and the celebration started.

Landrius Horton was the top scorer for the win with 23 points as Aleksandar Kostoski added 13.
