Nebojsa Vidic: We lost the game in the first quarter

BC Balkan lost the first 1/4 final game away to Sigal Prishtina but the difference is just 2 points so the winner will be decided in Botevgrad this coming Wednesday, April 20. Here is what head coach Nebojsa Vidic had to say following the match in Kosovo:

"We could say that we lost the game in the first quarter. We opened it soft and that was the reason that they scored 6 or 7 possessions in a row. Step by step we were looking for our rhythm. Sigal has good players, good individuals with good abilities. Generally, I’m not happy how we looked tonight but I think that this is solid result for the second game.

We need to take that lesson from that game and the easy points we allowed. They also had Burke returning after two months which surprised me but we’ll prepare better.

I think we’ll managed to get the win next week and qualify for the Final 4."
